MILE, Mindfulness In Learning Effectiveness
MILE, Mindfulness In Learning Effectiveness, is the proprietary program and engagement format offered by the team at TGA Brain Train. The MILE program consists of three paths and is offered to clients in the areas of Business, Sports and Education. The MILE program helps participants learn the ability to create conditions for sustained happiness besides promoting Outstanding Leadership (individual and team) thru mindfulness based emotional and social skills. It is a Foundational Life Skill which is trainable and can be learnt and practiced to increase focus and presence in the moment. A skill which is most useful in many walks of life including Sports, Education and Business.
In the last 20 years we have learned more about the brain than in the entire course of human history. In order to increase clarity and perspective taking (cognitive agility), an individual needs to learn how to mitigate bias by rewiring neural patterns that lead to automatic responses. Reducing automatic behaviours and leadership patterns that derail effectiveness and practicing the same to grow our mind increases our ability to move from a reactive, threat based response to the kind of controlled dynamism required to deal with a complex and overwhelming world.

MILE Workshops for Sports, Education and Business: Stand alone workshops are offered across all three verticals. These workshops are typically half a day, one day formats (please contact us for information on workshop locations and dates in or near your town or city) which cater to the busy sportsperson or student who is looking for a quick refresher at the beginning of the season/exams, or who would like to iron out focus related issues before an important event, such as tournaments, selection trials or examinations in their calendar. Stand alone workshops are offered in the following programs, Target MILE, Sports MILE (all sports), Career MILE, Success MILE, Cross-Over MILE, Coaching MILE, Happy MILE.
