The Success MILE Program is designed for individuals who are preparing for competitive examinations (both for those who have enrolled or have not enrolled with class room or online coaching programs) and is targeted to offer high-quality instruction and personal guidance that helps individuals improve their focus, productivity and deliver in the performance state.

This program also aims at providing practical training and transformational experiences that make it possible for individuals to skill-fully embody, adapt, and transition to a mindfulness state and manage the stress and pressures which accompany competitive examinations.

Study MILE Program is for students studying between 9th to 12th grade and who are preparing for their board exams. This Program enables them to learn how to concentrate and focus, in classes, exams and tests.

It also helps them to fulfil their potential and pursue their own goals e.g. be more creative, more relaxed, academically and personally. The Mindfulness curriculum for Students incorporates lessons such as Recognising Worry, Befriending the Difficult and other relevant areas which need to be focused on in order to cope with the everyday stresses and strains of adolescent life such as exams, relationships, sleep problems and family issues.

The activity based curriculum has focus, alertness and expression of the senses at the core which is achieved by a having the students undergo learning in the areas of Posture & Breathing, Importance of Physical Flexibility, Being aware of your Talent and pursuing your goals in a happy and mindful state which maximizes the possibility of a positive outcome.

Happiness for a Child is the combined outcome of people, places and activities. Happy MILE (Mindfulness In Learning Effectiveness) is an open program for individuals who are older than 13 years of age and it is also an engagement program for schools.

The HAPPY MILE Curriculum is a combination of Non-academic audio-visual and activity based learning which is based on an International model, with components such as the mindfulness curriculum for Students & Teachers, the activity based curriculum (Run, Throw, Jump, Sing, Play & Paint) and Tracking and enabling the Happiness quotient via a Technology enabled Neuro-feedback solution.The TGA Happy MILE Program focuses on leveraging existing resources, training and enabling existing teachers thereby significantly reducing cost and time of execution and need for additional infrastructure.
